With a 9,000 tonne wooden crib elevator attached to the mill we can buy our raw materials at the lowest bulk price and then call the grain into the manufacturing process when needed rather than always relying on just-in-time and more costly deliveries. As well due to our storage capacity we can ensure that all feed ingredients meet stringent quality controls such as protein and vomitoxin. This means superior consistency in the finished feed.
What this means to our customers is a lower manufacturing cost and for us a wider radius within which to transport the finished product.
